Terms of Service

By using Brollvia you agree to these terms. Brollvia provides a library of media assets licensed under the Brollvia Licence. Accounts are personal; you are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal, and access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that abuse download limits, scrape the library outside the official API, or upload material they do not have the rights to share.

Assets are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced on this page.
